Yes its The Book of Lost Tales.

Another thought that entered my mind when I pondered on Tû's character is that he was mentiond to have become the king of the Dark Elves. The Avari/Nandor? Hmmmm... it reminded me of Denethor (of the Nandor) son of Lenwe, who led part of his people to Ossiriand.

Or what about Thingol? Of course its interesting to note that it was Melian's magic that protected Doriath.

Its curious that one character whom JRRT eventually never again mentioned in the Silmarillion could remind one of other characters.

(of course this could be blamed on my over-active imagination! [img]smilies/tongue.gif[/img] )
