<BR><br><br> err... I just had to see what Elrond looked like after hearing all that about him, and I agree, he's nothing like I imagined. I imagined a younger face, more handsome and elven.<br> <br> It seems EVERY post I see has someone knocking Liv Tyler. I don't know anything about her, what's wrong with her? She looks similar to what I imagined, but I thought she'd be a little older.<br> <br> And Aragorn's nothing like I imagined. I thought he would be older and more mysterious, without the beard and with dark hair. But if Viggo Mortensen is a good actor and can portray the mystery and lordliness of Aragorn, I won't complain.<br> <br> Overall I think the best casting is Legolas (exactly what I imagined!), Gimli, Gandalf, and the hobbits are okay except I think Frodo should be older and a little more mature looking. <p>"Half-grown hobbits, the hole-dwellers" "and as hungry as hunters, The Hobbit Children, the laughing folk, the little people" </p>
