Ach, I don't know how you can say that. I look at Hugo Weaving and I see the perfect Elrond. His looks weren't truly elvish, but as someone else said, that's what make-up's for! The hair and the costume helped immensely. I personally believe he has the perfect voice, though. Elrond would be very serious, and likely semi-cold and distant. That's what Hugo did.
