Viggo wears a dark brown wig in the movies, so that may play a part in making his blue eyes stand out more than they would without it. Certain things can make eye colour stand out, like wearing orange eyeshadow and black eyeliner, for instance, can make blue eyes look brighter.<P>Just thought I'd chip in!
