Hello! I know how you feel, its all so confusing! I can answer one. The one I especially dont get is "let the ringbearer decide" uh huh well Gandalf paid for that decision ...anyway 1)They are called the Eregion Hills! sorry I cant be more of a help! "We are the knights who say NI!"
