Sindarin-Spoke by Elves of M-E, both Noldor and Sindar, as the Noldor adopted the new language when they came to M-E. All the names you hear in The Silmarillion are Sindrian. Also spoken in some quarters of Gondor, hence the Sindarin names of some Stewards and Kings like Ecthelion.

Quenya-Spoken in Aman. There are several types. The Telerin one is very similar to Sindarin, hence it was easier to translate the sons of Finarfin's Quenya names.

Khuzdul- Dwarvish language, rarely used except for ceremonial use as the Dwarves didn't teach it too alien races, and they leart variant languages of men. Thugh mannish languages were said to be dervied from Khuzdul.

A lot of mannish languages, such as Aduanic, and Rohhiric.
