Does anybody think that Peter Jackson should have at least been nominated for best director? I know nothing about the other directors nominated; I didn't even see the movies, but I thought that Peter Jackson did an awesome job. I know he changed Faramir and several other things, but I think he did the best he could. He needed to fit everything into a very short time period (3 hours!!!) and also, the random movie-goer would not understand as well the book-Faramir and some other things he changed without having read the book. What do you all think?
