Oh, good, lets show the Ents as REALLY stupid. That will be so wonderful. Really, really stupid. And Funny. Funny, funny, funny. Oh, I really can't wait. Dumb old Treebeard. What a jerk he was. If only Tolkien had been smart enough to take this approach with him, instead of making him wise & sad, lamenting the loss of his people, & the destruction of the forest he loved. Still, at least we've got PJ to put right Tolkien's mistakes.
