How do YOU stand the wait?

I think for hours about how the scenes from the book are going to look like on film, and of course I go out and buy multiple items to add to my LOTR memorbilia collection (that is a great thing to take up your time doing). I try to keep myself from going and looking at the spoliers, but I just can't do that.
