Welcome to the Downs, Darby! Enjoy being dead.<P>I got so angry when I heard this, but I completely forget where: PJ said that Saruman was supposed to have died at the end of TTT! I think it was on one of the threads here, because I remember posting about it. But really! They could have just not put that in and NOT have put in all the Arwen-Aragorn makeout scenes, and used the time for Frodo and Sam in Shelob's lair. Same thing with the whole Osgiliath deal: the time could have been used to meet Pippin and Merry.
