I also noticed in FotR SE, when Boromir first meets Aragorn and asks who he is, Aragorn says "I'm a friend of Gandalf the Grey", it sounds like he's saying "I invented Gandalf the Grey". Okay...I know Viggo suggested a lot for his character, but that's going too far.
