And can any of the actors be nominated for best supporting actor? I mean, all of them are supporting actors and lead actors at the same time.

Yep, that's a bit tough question. Obviously at least Frodo is a lead actor but does it mean that all the others are supporting actors? I think that all the members of the Fellowship are in a way lead actors. So can they nominate a lead actor for best supporting actor?!
