<font color=gold>Well, seeing as how the Hobbits were farmer's I imagine they had almost anything readily available to them. They loved to cook. They made breads, cakes, cheese, eggs... they also had fruits and meats (just as we do). Men probably had the same stuff, though I don't think there was a farm near Minas Tirith.
They also had trade, just as we do (this is seen in The Hobbit).
Elves had their special "magical" items such as lembas, but I imagine that they too relied on fruits, meats and grains (someone can prove me wrong, because this I am not so sure on).
