Maybe at the time this photo was taken they had not decided where each film would start and finish. If so it could still portray someone from ROTK. I would love it to be Imrahil but if it were it would look nothing like I imagine him, given that he is a knight.<P>Since the guy has a bow, could it be Halbarad?
