It would have to be Frodo for me. Though I didn't like what PJ or Wood did to him in the movies. I have always connected with the character and I haven't really figured out why. In the books he is stronger than in the movies... I hate that. But I also love Pippin because you can really tell he grows up during the books and hopefully in the movies to!
