Ok, first of all, sorry for myself being a little bit..... well you know. Hm I still can't say what that scene is supposed to be, I still fear that it has something to do with Sauron or the Witch King. As for the man after that scene, I didn't see him, I just saw a few soldiers, so I guess this man isn't that important.
