Saxony Tarn, I would have to say Samwise Gamgee.
His character is presented without any flaws for a hidden one, and, unlike the others, he actually DOES have character development. Sam is an honest one who dosen't try to hide the truth, and isn't afraid to share his opinion. Therefore, its safe to do lots of things with him. Does anyone agree?
