I'd honestly have to say Tom Bombadil though; he has a beard and half the time you can't understand a word he says.

Hmm, I think we're trying to think of the answer to the wrong one - "Tom Bomb-adil" doesn't make sense for a musical place but it does work for a terrorist. So where is the the most musical place in M-e?
