What was wrong with the scene in which the Ringwraiths pursue Arwen and Frodo? (It has nothing to do with the stunt doubles.)

Maybe hey couldn't make the sizes of "Arwen" and "Frodo" the right proportion?

One of the Ringwraiths' horses was brown instead of black?

Well, for one thing, Arwen wasn't even supposed to be there....
 Uh....Arwen spoke a line in English when it was supposed to be Elvish?

In some parts of it, Frodo has that greenish nasty stuff around his mouth and in other parts he doesn't.
