Well TheOneRing.net has just posted that the press release was a hoax

But surprisingly it wasn't a hoax created by the website. It actually was a hoax created by New Line

(I guess that's why the website was so nicely done)

Oh, and just to tell everyone there is actually going to be an announcement tomorrow. Could they really be announcing the truth about a possible upcoming Hobbit film?
