Eomer and Leod: Both of them did not ride mearas into battle.
Helm and Frealaf: Were both burried in the mounds at Edoras
Folca and Folcwine: Are both related to Folcred.

I'm gonna have to say no. How do you know Firefoot wasn't a mearas. I think he was. And all of them were buried in Edoras (except Leod), and all of them were related to Folcred. So have more specific guesses.

Folca and Leod- both were killed by an animal
Helm and Folcwine- both had two sons fall in battle
