				  | Modern Elvish

I just thought of something. What if we could get people to start teaching Elvish in school? That would be great. Its not really a foreign language but its not English. What do you think?

Actually, Elvish is taught in schools...Some schools...In England...By Eru, I wish I lived in England, but sadly I do not. I am doomed not to have sophisticated Elvish education. In truth, I would not support the teaching of Elvish everywhere. I am informed that Elvish is taught in Trilogy classes and exclusive schools, but nowhere else. Teaching Elvish would be nice and all, but I think it's not a useful benefit to society as a whole. Even if it were merely an elective, I think it would be an elective that degenerates slightly from the format of education. If you're going to learn an un-used language, learn Latin, not Elvish, or Galic, or one of the fabulous lost tongues that actually exist. I do, though, support and desire to learn about these fabled Trilogy Classes, since I think that the philosophy and literary genius (in my opinion, at least) deserve as much reverence as the other great authors of that day.

I have to agree with Kransha. Learning Elvish would be great, but I think that if many schools started offering it, it would be a waste because not that many teenagers are interested in learning different languages, much less one that isn't real. I think they should stick to exclusive schools and Trilogy Classes.

I guess you're right. Its easier to learn it if its not on your own,

Unfortunately the vocabulary and syntax are far from complete, and the Prof.'s work was made up of largely undecided components (not to mention the limited usage ).

What is 'fabled Trilogy Classes'? I have seen the term around the place, and would be glad to be enlightened on the subject. Thanks
