What kind of magic do hobbits have?

Aha , it was but it is very hard to translate the "unique" terms used in the book I have (translated in my native language) . But that was the same one .
After the last one being so hard , I`ll give a very easy one :
Why are all the good rooms of a hobbit hole placed on the left side ?
