How about the elves of Lorien? Specifically, singing about Gandalf's death. Not sure about the one color, though.

Maybe the Nazgul? They wore black cloaks with hoods yet beneath their bodies were invisible. Their song could be their screech? I’m probably very off.

one color: green - see above as to why

Singers of Joy and Doom: that was tough - a reference to Teleri in general? I dont remember the Laiquendi being exceptional speakers.... or mabye Lanthir Lamath?
