Fili and Kili. They gave up their lives for the love of Thorin. And they were young too. I would there was more about them in the book

Though, every other dwarf that I've come accross has been equally deserving of elves' friendship. (in LotR and The Hobbit, anyway... Didn't think much of Mim in the Silm... grumble grumble I'm glad grumble grumble Hurin grumble grumble killed the grumble grumble stupid old dwarf! grumble.)

Thorin the Oakshield-he lived with honor,fought with honor and died with honor (so poetic,don't you think).And plus,he was the leader of the dwarwes in difficult times (he says that at the beginning of The Hobbit).

I would have to say Dori, because it seemed to me that he was the friendlist to Bilbo during their adventures. He seemed to look out for him and helped him in unhobbit friendly conditions.
