It looks like they've 'dumbed down' (or maybe 'Hollywood-ed up'
 ) the "Voice of Saruman" sequence, and I too would've preferred to have had Aragorn's struggle with Sauron implied rather than shown. The Mouth of Sauron looks rather frightening, imo.
