1. Sean Astin stepped on a piece of glass.

2. Viggo Mortensen lost some teeth.

3. Viggo Mortensen almost drowned.

Didn't Viggo "Mr Bump" Mortensen also break his toe or something kicking the orc helmet outside Fangorn? As I recall, they kept his anguished cry in.

Yep, that's another Mr. Saucepan, though the way I remember it the cry wasn't kept in at all, but percieved as anguish over Merry and Pippin. Either way, it works.
