Not quite. It depends on which age you are talking about.
1st age- Melkor, who at the time did live in ME. 2nd age- one of the kings of Numenor 3rd age- Debatable, probably Sauron 4th age- definitely Iarwain, unless there are any Balrogs left, which is kind of unlikely |
