Alright, to do the quoting thing. There is a little symbol thingy at the top of the reply box. It looks like a little speech bubble. Click on that and type or paste the quote in between the quote tags. If you have a different setting, a little pop up box will come up. Type or paste the quote in there and click ok (or whatever it is). It will automatically put the quote in the reply box. I hope that helped.
