Is movie Imrahil the guy that was like....

"It was as the lord Denethor predicted. Long has he foreseen this doom."

Then when Faramir comes up on a stretcher...

"Come....hurry."

Because if that's him, then I can't see how a man like Imrahil first off gets such a bad job, and I'll be slightly agitated because that guy is annoying.
