Firefoot has been trapped in the Barrow!
Does anybody live there? Well, it's not a place, but someone(s) live near there.
Is it also mentioned in TTT? Yes
is it a pass? (as in Cirith Ungol) No
Is it (or are they) the Silent Watchers at the Tower of Cirith Ungol? No
