Spawn, I'd say the first one reminds me of Fordim.
The Second, only person who comes to mind is the one with the snoopy avatar...Mr. Eomer of the Rohirrim. Good drawings, I only wish I was quasi-artistic.

I know right away the second one was emor but I dont think the first one reminds me of anybody good job.

Thanks guys! You're right, the first one is indeed our favourite pollster Fordim and the second one is an Auspicious ex-Snoopy in a kilt ie. Eomer.
