Just stepping in to post a quick note:
As to giving the whole quote with your guess it's not any actual rule, though there's certainly nothing wrong with it. Pretty much the only rule is who said it, to whom, & where; you can add the whole quote if you want.

On another threadly note I suspect that Kitanna has the quote, but we'll wait for Dim's verdict.
