Ah, found it at last!!
 (Thank you for the "Y", Tuor!) "morrow-year" really stumped me...I've caught a happy day blown me by the breezes! Why wait till morrow-year? I'll take it when me pleases. Tom Bombadil, deciding to go boating on that day.
