I know this is going to be totally wrong but if I recall correctly I read a topic a few years ago where someone made a note of civillized uruk-hai (or maybe orcs), I believe the username was something Silverleaf or Leafsilver. I don't think that member is active anymore.

I said he and I meant he and it is you Americans who have awful spelling. But he is most definitely not American. He is not any combination of leaf and silver and has been active much more recently. Months not years. Though this post is old.

This is probably too easy but oh well

Faramir said that he would not pick up the Ring of he saw it lying in the road. Well, that's just great. He would just leave it for the next Orc or Ringwraith that happened to wander along. He is clearly not a strategic thinker.
