Well, as the village is located on the northernmost tip of Numenor, and we seem to have a gaggle of maritime types already, we must have a harbour. So I shall be the village harbourmaster. A jolly old fellow with a white, bushy beard, a pipe and a catalogue of tales from my former life as a mariner.
