Have Thorin and Company left Bagend yet? if not,
you don't want to eliminate too many dwarves
since that would make Bilbo much less agitated
(less pillaging of his pantry- especially his cakes

)
and hence less easily persuaded to go on the quest.

And shouldn't Galadriel and Saruman be in the game?
They presumably participated on the attack on the
Necromancer. Not to mention the nazgul.

He seems too nice, he doesn't even like to eat burrahobbits!
