Fortunately, the Orc in the midst of reincarnation spent many a days speaking to Eru and saw the error of his ways. So, when reincarnated as a Balrog he was a good balrog.

Fortunately, everyone was being so good, that Eru thought they deserved a cookie. So, he broke the giant cookie into pieces for all the good people.
