Tricky... Edahil picked up the crown but it was given Orodreth so that he could govern Nargothrond until the day Finrod returned. But the name you seek is Edrahil, I think...

are you thinking of Laurelindórenan a name used by tree-beard (he is old) and Faramir. . .

It means: Land of the Valley of Singing Gold ( I had to look that up
