Well I'm gonna try and do some female singers. Strangely it's easy for me to hear Downers as singers... even though as I said before I don't really consciously assign them voices when I read.

I think Glirdy would agree that I am more a Vanessa Carlton then a Paula Abdul. My singing voice is actually a bit like hers, and we have the same hair, and name for that matter.

I just think of girls as having similar voices to me. Guys don't get that luxury, so I have to come up with something else.

Glird, I'll take the Avril Lavigne part as a compliment and pretend the other one just didn't happen.
(Not that her voice is bad, I just am not that fond of her songs.)

Franz Ferdinand? To step into my elitist shoes for a moment, I did see them before they were famous. £5 to get in.
 I am a good singer. I tend to imagine Barrowdowners as whistlers as opposed to singers.
