One of Jenny's websites said something about lock-picking not becoming a problem until 19th century sometime, which is when locks started getting more complicated, so I'm going to guess that Rohirric locks weren't terribly complicated. (With Sorn's reputation, I doubt he has to worry much about thieves anyway

). So Scyld has officially become something of a lock-pick.
