Ah, so close! For hours yesterday I was tantalised by the delusion that Love could indeed pull through. Still, at least I dragged my hairy pals down with me...

Undoubtedly this is the game I've enjoyed most so far. I think we Lovers can be fairly pleased with ourselves in defeat-a Wolf was never hung but when we had engineered it.

Maddeningly, I think had I named Gurthang but not Kath, pretending she was innocent, we would have been victorious. Wise after the event. Urgh.

I couldn't have had a more sympathetic, effective and, yes, peerless helpmeet...
