Heh... maybe it isn't that easy. Gandalf to Pippin in Moria is not what I'm looking for.

Can someone please quote the passage where Gandalf says to Pippin in Isengard "fool of a took?????? double checking it is found in Moria just after Pippin drops a stone into a well, can't seem to find it in any passages that take place in Isengard with the necessary charatcers. Gandalf does call Pippin a tom-fool of a Took though, (without being pedantic)

It is the 'tom-fool of a Took' quote. I just have an annoying habit of shortening/cutting away quotes like that. Just to make it a bit more challenging for the others.

Not like I'd cut words into half at random. Just in cases like this one where you can mistake it with something else. Its not the first time I've been tricksy at Quotes.

Anyway, welcome to the Barrow-Downs and I hope you have a good stay. I'll be looking forward to seeing more of you in Quotes.
