Heh. In actual fact it's not only pretty tedious but very difficult to write a character who is 100% perfect - they invariably come out like our ol' friend Mary Sue.
All good characters have at least one flaw, a fatal flaw preferably, and a combination of a few flaws is usually good as they not only struggle with the obstacles of a plot but struggle with these in individual ways and at the same time, struggle with their flaws. Without flaws, characters cannot grow - how could you grow if you were already perfect?
