Not necessarily, Boro. As I see it, there may have been tactical reasons for an innocent to state a vote for me, but instead to actually vote for someone else.

Quite possibly, an innocent pretended to vote for me, but in fact voted for Legate, tying him with me on 5 votes. I am not sure that we know how ties are resolved (I will check), but it may have been on the flip of a coin.
