What about this, a little non-typical: If you were an owner of a tourism agency in the first millenium of the Third Age, what of the following cities would be surely the best choice to present in your catalogue, and why? Choices: Bree, Calembel, Edoras, Tharbad, Umbar. Once again: I want reasons as well.

Well Edoras was fairly New at the beginning of the Third Age... and it also has the Golden Hall recently made so that would defiantely bring tourism up

No, not Edoras. You caught into the trap, Gil, because Edoras didn't yet stand at the first millenium of Third Age. And the Golden Hall was finished by Eorl's son Brego in 2569.
