"painted to white dwarf standards" is quite a claim!
I do have a warhammer army that consists mainly of night goblins, but the army set i'm working on at the moment is a Misty Mountains army, for which i plan to build a Bolg (at present i'm using the Durbutz model) to represent the goblin, vampire bat and warg forces present at the battle of five armies.

Also you can always check out the warhammer fantasy figures, they have many good models that would be great to convert into lotr.
