Should I let Dunwen post before me, since his post would be before mine, the way I am writing it? But my post wont be progressing me beyond others, just catching up in Ash's point of view.

I say plow on ahead, Finduilas -- I think Dunwen has worked it out so that Sam and Kuric's interaction will come a little later, after the meeting is wrapped up in some way.
