I'm sorry, but this is not the forum for trivia answers - the Books forum is meant for in-depth book discussions. I'm moving this thread to the Novices and Newcomers forum; perhaps you will get answers there.

PS - You can try entering the names in the search function (top right of the page) either here or on the Books forum - that will give you a list of threads which could contain the answers.
