2. The numenorean capital
3. Minas Anor (later minas tirith)
4. Minas Ithil (later minas morgul)
5. Barad-dur

Third age-
1. Minas Tirith
2. Minas Morgul
3. Barad-dur (again)
4. Rivendell (again)
